We are an event and entertainment service business based in London. We provide bar staff to the hospitality industry. A key part of our business is providing pop-up bars for all sorts of corporate and celebratory events.
Generally, most companies use a wooden or metal box as a bar, Eventers bars are purpose-built, award-winning bars used by professionals around the world, thanks to us now also in the UK. Most pop-up bars are difficult to fit into lifts in high-rise buildings, which are generally needed for corporate events or through clients' houses to set up for garden party settings, whereas our bars come in shoulder bags the size of a large painting.

What you need, how you need it.
Our professional pop-up bars are designed to elevate your next event. They can be hired as a dry hire or as a package that includes staff, glassware, and all ingredients needed for your special event. Plus, you can add Italian designer stools and poseur tables to any hire package you choose. We will bring it to you, set it up and ensure the drinks keep flowing!
THE DRY BAR
You just provide the spirits and ingredients and we provide the pop-up bar, staff required, the glassware, and all equipment needed. Worried about the shopping list? We will take the stress out of your evening by providing your very own shopping list based on the number of guests you expect.
THE CASH BAR
We arrange the bar and the staff for free. Your guests will pay for their own drinks with a minimum spend in a place. Considering the minimum spend is met you will not have to pay anything! We will create a menu specifically for your event and with our very competitive prices, your guests will pay much less than in a regular bar venue. With this option, guests can conveniently make payments by a mobile chip and pin card terminal.
THE PRE-PAID BAR
A really nice way to treat guests to a couple of drinks is by putting an amount behind the bar. We arrange the bar and the staff for FREE. Once the limit has been reached the bar will revert to a cash bar. As long as the minimum spend is met, you will not have to pay any additional costs.
THE TOKEN BAR
This is a quirky play on the pre-paid bar. It allows our clients to control their budget by allocating guests with drinks tokens, with the flexibility to hand out drinks at any time. We arrange the bar and the staff FREE of charge. As long as the minimum spend is met, you will not have to pay any additional costs..
